We don't recruit numbers. We recruit soldiers. NBAT is the most disciplined, most hated, and most effective outfit on Altis. If you can't handle that, this isn't for you.
NBAT is a rebel outfit. We run convoys, hit targets, control routes, and make money. We're not playing at being soldiers — we are the reason people check their mirrors on every highway between Kavala and Pyrgos.
We're hated because we're organised. We're hated because when we roll in formation, people know what's coming. We don't apologise for being effective, and we don't need the server to like us. We need the server to respect us.
One leader. Mats. Clear chain of command. No drama, no politics, no committee decisions. When command speaks, you move. That's what makes us different from every other group that falls apart after two weeks.
IDAP provides our institutional backing and documentation. On paper, we're legitimate. On the ground, we're whatever the situation requires.
During operations, the chain of command has full authority. The highest rank online is in charge. Orders are followed until the operation is complete. No exceptions.
Final authority on everything. Strategic decisions, recruitment, discipline. What the Leader says goes. Currently: Mats.
Runs operations when Leader is offline. Oversees internal organisation, helps with recruitment and discipline. Can make operational decisions.
Field leaders during combat. Lead operations or runs when assigned. Coordinate fights, mentor lower ranks, maintain discipline during missions.
Core members. Participate in operations and runs. Follow chain of command, stay equipped, show up when it matters. Prove yourself here.
When it kicks off, this is how NBAT operates. Every member knows this. If you don't, learn it before your first op.
Confirm target identity. Wait for green light from command. Know who you're initiating. No premature engagement — ever.
Mark enemies before engaging. Focus fire on marked targets. Use cover. Maintain multiple firing angles. Don't stack positions. Stay within support distance.
Regroup immediately. Gear up. Report enemy status. Prepare to move or continue operation. Leadership decides next action.
Use the x-marker system in group chat to quickly identify targets. Fast, clean, no confusion.
Stay calm. Follow commands. Communicate clearly. Support teammates. Mark targets.
Panic. Talk over others. Ignore leadership. Solo push. Give conflicting instructions.
NBAT focuses on efficient, profitable operations. Smaller convoys, tighter formations, better coordination.
3-5 trucks. Zamaks, HEMTTs, Offroads — whatever the route demands. Since REIMAGINE, every location randomises on restart. Licences gone. While other groups are still looking for the gatherer, we've already processed and moved to trader. Profession tiers tracked up to Tier 6. That's double the sell price at the top. Chain of command controls everything — no freelancing.
Branch vaults to the Royal Mint. Twenty minutes per drill, purple zone on entry — just us and APC. When it's done, the money bags go to liquidation and the blue zone lights up. Heists too — jewellers, post office, Ghost Hotel — all requiring 10 police on-island before they'll trigger. We don't hope for the right conditions. We wait for them, then we move.
Armed escort for group runs. Minimum 10% cut to protection personnel. And when we own the trader? NBAT taxes everyone who sells there — up to 15%, automatically. Diamond on the map means it's ours. You're welcome to sell somewhere else. You won't find anywhere safer.
Money bags to the contraband dealer. Heist loot to the fence. Full team deployment, Level 3+ on everyone, IDAP documentation in hand. Blue zone protocols during liquidation. Other people rob banks. We run a logistics operation that happens to involve vaults.
Red zone capture points — Credit Cache, Silver Cache, Munitions Depot, Supply Depot. Kill on sight, no talking. Fifty players online to activate. The rewards? Credits, silver, weapons — the Munitions Depot drops RPGs, the Supply Depot spawns Viper Suits. NBAT also holds an organisation base through the weekly bidding system. We don't just fight for territory. We own it.
Capture a power plant, run a factory. That's the pipeline. Ammunition, weapons, equipment, vehicles — all craftable. GM6 Lynx sniper rifles. Suppressors. Hunters. Striders. The Research Facility gives a 30% XP boost to everyone nearby. While other groups buy from vendors, NBAT manufactures. Someone cuts our power? We take it back. That's how factories work on Altis.
We don't need to tell you we're effective. The server does it for us. The following are real, unedited messages from the Grand Theft ArmA community.
"Please carpet ban MUJ and nbat"
— Frankie Mcdonald [GTA] | Server Discord
"Could you get rid of nbat next?"
— TwentyTwo | Server Discord
"casual nbat slander, yall are next if you dont watch that tone"
— TwentyTwo | Server Discord
"no one outside of GLM, TI, MUJ, and maybe NBAT will be able to participate in this"
— HooDi [NEXS] | Server Discord | Named alongside the server's biggest groups.
"Saw a lot of moaning in sidechat yesterday of small gangs / hobos getting hit. (Mainly by nbat)"
— HooDi [NEXS] | Server Discord | The Civilian Asset Redistribution Programme in action.
"Can you make a rule that dont let a gang with more than 8 players do a small heist, this is literally copbaiting. NBAT and other gangs do small heist with 10-14 players on"
— k1d0r | Server Discord | When you bring so many people they want to change the rules.
"NBAT Will be devastated"
— Peeta Burd [WAVE], Helper | Server Discord | We weren't.
They want us banned. They want us nerfed. They want rules changed because of us.
That's not a complaint. That's a résumé. If the entire server is talking about you, you're doing something right. NBAT doesn't apologise for being effective — we recruit from it.
Join the most hated group on AltisAll recruitment decisions are made by leadership. We don't mass recruit. We pick carefully.
Find an NBAT member in-game. Run with us, show us what you can do. Current members can recommend potential recruits to leadership.
You'll run with us on convoy ops and engagements. We're watching for discipline, comms, teamwork, and whether you follow the chain of command under pressure.
Mats makes the call. If you've shown loyalty, discipline, and you fit the group, you're in. If not, no hard feelings — NBAT isn't for everyone.
Welcome to the most hated, most respected outfit on Altis. Wear the tag. Follow the chain. Show up equipped. The rest takes care of itself.
