Post Office Asset Relocation — Priority Dispatch — Present to APC upon request
Due to current operational demand and distribution requirements, the bearer of this document (NBAT AUTHORISED) is hereby directed to relocate THREE (3) VANS of designated product to the target locales specified in the Asset Details below. All IDAP personnel involved in this operation are required to carry and present valid IDAP identification and maintain full cooperation with local law enforcement at all times.
Relevant transport manifests (this document) must be presented upon request to any member of local law enforcement. Failure to comply may result in seizure of assets and suspension of IDAP operational privileges.

This transport operation is conducted in full compliance with the following United Kingdom legislation. All IDAP personnel are bound by these statutes and must cooperate fully with any constable or authorised officer requesting verification of this manifest.
| Road Traffic Act 1988 | All drivers must hold a valid UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class (Category B/C1). Vehicles must be roadworthy and insured per s.143. |
| Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 | This operation is conducted under Standard National Operator Licence OD2076341, authorising the carriage of goods for hire or reward within Great Britain. |
| Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 | The employer (IDAP Altis Aid Ltd) has a duty of care under s.2 to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees during this operation. |
| Firearms Act 1968 | Any personnel carrying firearms must hold a valid Firearm Certificate (s.1) or Shotgun Certificate (s.2). Weapons must be transported securely per Home Office guidance. Authority to carry is conditional on FAC endorsement. |
| Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) Regulations 1986 | All transport vehicles must comply with construction and use requirements including maximum laden weight, lighting, and load security. |

| Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 | Personnel are advised that under PACE s.1, a constable may stop and search persons or vehicles where there are reasonable grounds. Full cooperation is mandatory. |
